1. Our Promise

At HWD Clothing, we stand behind the quality and fit of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items NOT eligible for return include:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Underwear or items marked as non-returnable
Worn, damaged, or altered garments

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Contact us at info@hwdclothing.store with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will:

Inspect the condition within 3–5 business days
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
